5 Minute Mayo
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup Grapeseed oil
- ¼ cup MCT Oil
- Place Egg into a 2 cup wide mouth mason jar. Add oils.
- Use immersion blender pushed all the way to the bottom of jar and blend.
- Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
