Chia Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

-¼ cup of the berries of your choice
-A handful of spinach leaves
-1 frozen banana
-1 tbsp of chia seeds

How To Make

-Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
-Top it off with an extra tbsp of chia seeds, some chopped-up berries, and nuts.
