Chocolate-Covered Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 14-16 ounce bag of potato chips
  • 8 ounces good quality chocolate (chopped, chips or discs)
  • assorted toppings: toffee bits, nonpaerils, flaky sea salt, melted white chocolate

Directions:
