Five Cup Fruit Salad

“Quick and easy! In our family, this is a holiday favorite. We make it for every Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter dinner.”

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream, coconut, marshmallows, and pineapple together in a bowl; garnish with mandarin oranges.
  2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
