Hawaiian pineapple cake

° 1¾ cup sugar
° 2 teaspoons of baking soda
° 2 eggs
° 1 * 20 oz / 570 g crushed canned pineapple in its own juice
° 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
° 1 cup chopped walnuts
+ frost
° 1 x 8 oz / 225 g cream soft cheese
° 1 cup / 1/2 cup / 115 g unsalted butter
° cup powdered sugar (powdered)
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° a little salt
