PECAN PIE

I don’t usually bake pancakes all year round. I suppose I keep my pie bread for special occasions and holidays. I’m not really sure why that’s because it’s not really that hard to make, especially the recipe I’m going to share with you today, the classic pecan pie recipe that’s so easy to make!

* ingredients:

° 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup

° 3 eggs

° 1 cup granulated sugar

° 2 tablespoons melted butter

° 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

° 1–1/3 cups coarsely chop pecans

° 1 deep (9-inch) pie crust, uncooked or frozen
