Vinegar Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Beat eggs, vinegar, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined and slightly thickened.
