Vinegar Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Beat eggs, vinegar, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined and slightly thickened.
